Kick-off Meeting of “Community of Practice for Refugee Youth Support” Project

On July 10-11, 2025, the kick-off meeting of the “Community of Practice for Refugee Youth Support” (CoP4RYS) project took place in Stockholm. The two-day event brought together representatives from four partner organizations from Poland, Romania, and Sweden at the MORE MOSAIC premises at Alströmergatan 32.

Meeting Objectives

The main objective of the meeting was to establish effective cooperation between project partners and define the implementation framework for the initiative supporting refugee youth. Participants focused on developing joint action strategies and precise planning of subsequent project phases.

Meeting Programme

During the first day, participants discussed the foundations of partnership cooperation, project framework, and division of roles and responsibilities. The second day was dedicated to analyzing best practices, methodology, and detailed work schedule planning. Working sessions also covered administrative and operational matters essential for smooth project implementation.

Outlook

Project KA210-YOU-7CD20AF5, implemented under the Erasmus+ programme, aims to create a community of practitioners supporting refugee youth. The kick-off meeting enabled partners to develop a shared vision and establish communication and coordination mechanisms that will ensure effective implementation of planned activities.
