On 21–22 April 2026 in Constanța, Romania, the partners of our project met for a two-day mid-term meeting. The meeting was held alongside the international training organised in Romania, which made it possible to combine the two activities efficiently. It was run in a format that also allowed remote participation.
The aim of the meeting was to review the first half of the project and to prepare the plan for its second part. The partners analysed the implementation status against the timeline, discussed the findings of the mid-term evaluation and the survey results, and assessed the quantity and quality of the intellectual outputs to date — the Report “Refugees. Challenges, Cooperation, Integration” and the Toolkit “Toolkit – Methodology of Intercultural Youth Education”. The agenda also covered identifying problems and bottlenecks and managing risk, refining the plan for the international mobilities, the plan for dissemination activities and the Community of Practice online workshops, and agreeing on tasks, deadlines and responsibilities.
All objectives of the meeting were achieved — the partners confirmed that implementation was on schedule, agreed on any corrective actions, drew lessons for the future regarding the sustainability of results and the development of the Community of Practice, and adopted the action plan for the second half of the project.
